Oh good, it's time for an updated review on one of my favorite Chinese restaurants, and I'm here for it! Wild Rice is in a perfectly accessible location, plenty of parking, safe area. There's plenty of seating, and often people are eating there, but it's largely a takeout business. If you're looking for traditional American Chinese food, they do a great job. Beef and broccoli, general tso chicken etc are top notch. They also have great lunch specials where soup or eggroll is included. I personally love the noodle soups, scallion pancakes, shumai, chicken dumplings and pork bun (many local places do not offer any of these things). Highly recommended for a good variety of items and good value- just remember to ask for chopsticks!
Food was great as usual. Drunken Noodle highly recommended.. service is fast and excellent.
Finally found my goto Chinese takeout spot. Trial and error with a few other surrounding ones but this one hit the mark. Food was great, prices were fair, and ready quickly/on time
I can't get enough of this place. This is honestly the best Chinese food I've had so far on Long Island. They're so clean. Even the restaurant is nice enough to ear at. You know how some Chinese food places look run down and outdated? This place is far opposite. They hve a decent selection. And they're always quick. They do have an accessible bathroom as well. I want to warn you about getting here, good luck finding the entrance because I was so confused. The entrance is in the BACK, even though the GPS said you've arrived in the middle of the road with no driveway. Go around. It'll save you confusion. You're welcome.
This place is a very good Chinese food place I will be getting a lot more from now on. The Kung Pao Chicken is great! Great taste, perfect amount of zing. The Lo mein was unfortunately a tad overcooked. But I will be dropping all of Selden's sub-par places in favor of Wild Rice. Cant wait to get a good amount and variety of different things so I can experience this place further.
